The Education Programme

The Affordable Art Fair isn’t just about buying art. The Education Programme offers a whole host of different activities, all of which are fun, informative and, best of all, free! Based around the theme ‘Food, Glorious Food', everything from illustration to participating in a collaborative wall art project is on offer, along with the popular Kids’ Activity Packs.

There is no need to pre-book any of the workshops – just listen out for announcements and turn up to a session a few minutes early

Printmaking Workshops

Artichoke Printmaking will run a series of workshops where you can learn the art of drypoint printing and make your own masterpiece.

Sculpture Demonstrations

Throughout the fair Kaleidoscope Arts will demonstrate all manner of different sculptural techniques. Just turn up at any time and join in.

The Education Space

The AAF Education Space is always open! Drop by to see what is going on and get your hands dirty.

Kids’ Activity Packs

Jam-packed with fun, arty activities around the theme ‘Food, Glorious Food', these packs help children aged 4 to 11 explore the fair and encourage their creative flair! Pick one up from the Education Space.
